Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care, a Humana Inc. subsidiary, is seeking a Primary Care Physician for our on-site West Orange clinic. You will report to the Associate Medical Director and provide comprehensive primary care to patients in a collaborative team.

The role offers a guaranteed base salary with a bi-annual bonus, a robust benefits package starting Day 1, CME allowance, and a relocation/sign-on bonus. Schedule is typical M-F, 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with board in geriatrics, family, or internal medicine.
• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Current DEA registration.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience; Medicare Advantage experience preferred.
• ILR language proficiency assessment may be required for non-English languages.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to adult patients in clinic.
• Report to Associate Medical Director and be on-site at West Orange clinic.
• Participate in CenterWell care model focused on preventive care.
