Job summary

Encompass Medical Group in Lees Summit, Missouri is seeking a Primary Care Physician (FM or IM) to join our care team. The role offers a physician-led, patient-centered, team-based environment with flexible scheduling and 36 patient-facing hours per week.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Licensed or willing to be licensed in KS/MO.
• Board certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical exams, preventive care, procedures, and acute care.
• Direct and manage a full continuum of primary care.
• Review records for allergies, meds, and immunizations.
• Document complete medical histories.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate tests and imaging.
• Develop diagnoses and care plans.
• Prescribe appropriate therapies.
• Maintain timely medical records.
• Collaborate with Population Health teams on value-based initiatives.
• Participate in organization-wide programs to improve outcomes.
