HEALTHCARE RECRUITMENT COUNSELORS is urgently hiring a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician for a full-time or part-time role in Buffalo, NY. The position offers a competitive salary of $200K to $250K plus bonuses and full benefits, including malpractice coverage and health insurance. Candidates should be Board Eligible/Board Certified with a valid MD/DO license in NY. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive outpatient care and managing complex patient cases in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician.
• MD/DO license required to practice in New York state.
• Eligibility for DEA License is preferred.
• Interest in preventive medicine and wellness is important.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, including preventive and chronic disease management.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions in primary care.
• Manage complex, multi-morbidity patients focusing on continuity of care.
• Perform routine office-based procedures, such as joint injections and basic wound care.
• Coordinate care with specialists and other services.
• Utilize EMR for documentation and care coordination.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
