Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a collegial team of 60+ employed primary care physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Deliver patient-centered, population health-driven care.
• Utilize Epic EMR with ambient listening technology to reduce documentation burden.
• Support flexible scheduling to promote work-life balance.
• Maintain established referral network within the medical group, ACO, and community partners.
• Participate in medical student, resident, and fellow education.
