Job summary

Brigham and Women’s Primary Care in Norwood, MA seeks a Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join a collaborative, patient‑centered primary care team. Work with clinicians across Brigham and Women’s Hospital and the Mass General Brigham system.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Massachusetts medical license or ability to obtain unrestricted license (including MCSR and DEA).

Responsibilities

• Join a collaborative, patient-centered primary care team across Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Mass General Brigham.
• Provide high-quality, team-based care with analytics to improve outcomes.
• Offer flexible scheduling options, including part-time and full-time roles (8 clinical sessions/week).
• Utilize ambient scribe technology, centralized prescription management, and after-hours APP support.
