Trinity Health IHA Medical Group seeks a dedicated Physician to join our Primary Care Brooklyn Office on the southeast side of Michigan. This full-time role offers patient-centered care in a supportive, mission-driven environment with Epic and MyChart tools.

You will collaborate with a skilled team, mentor trainees, and contribute to community health initiatives while maintaining a focus on high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Physicians must be board certified or board eligible.
• Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain).
• DEA license.
• ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained).

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Participating in teaching and mentoring.
• Documenting in Epic EMR.
• Engaging in quality improvement initiatives.
• Supporting community health efforts.
