Qualifications

• Active DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient panel.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Perform in-office procedures such as skin surgery and fracture care.
• Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives.
• Educate and empower patients regarding health ownership.

Skills

Unrestricted medical licensure in Indiana
