Job summary

ProHealth Physicians, part of the Optum family, is seeking a motivated and patient-centric bilingual Adult Primary Care Physician to join our Kensington, CT team. This full-time role offers a physician-led, patient-centered, team-based primary care environment with a 34-hour direct patient care schedule per week (4 days).

We provide a three-year compensation guarantee with supplemental income opportunities, and strong collaboration with Advanced Practice Clinicians.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted licensure in Connecticut or ability to obtain prior to start.
• BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted CSR and DEA or ability to obtain prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Provide adult primary care in a physician-led, patient-centered environment.
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Clinicians and care teams to coordinate care.
• Educate and empower patients to take ownership of their health.

Education

The salary range for this role is $229,500 to $378,000 annually based on full-time employment. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
