As a Physician Assistant, you will provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventative health care services under the supervision of a physician.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Active Arizona PA license and DEA certificate.
• Current CPR certification.
• Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care by obtaining medical history, performing appropriate physical examination, and creating an assessment and plan that may include ordering labs, imaging, and referrals.
• Administers or prescribes treatments and medications.
• Follows up and monitors patient progress throughout treatment plan.
• Documents the evaluation and plan of care.
• Provides patient education on a variety of health topics.
• Collaborates with in-house allied health professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
