Kaiser Permanente Washington Permanente Medical Group in Spokane is seeking a 0.8–1.0 FTE Primary Care Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team across Spokane Medical Center locations. This outpatient role supports panel replacement services with Telehealth and central digital health resources.

You’ll work with a Telehealth Center, enjoy no on-call duties, and benefit from AI Scribing to cut chart time, with opportunities for growth, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant degree and NCCPA certification required.
• Ability to obtain unrestricted Federal DEA license.
• Ability to obtain WA State medical license.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient primary care with no on-call duties, across Spokane sites.
• Collaborate with Telehealth Medical Center team to support patients 24/7.
• Inbox messages managed by support teams (up to 70%).
• AI Scribing and summarization support to cut charting time in half.
• Provide care across multiple clinics including Lidgerwood, Riverfront, South Hill, Veradale.

Position Overview:

Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a 0.8 FTE - 1.0 FTE Primary Care Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team in the Spokane Region. This role will serve as a key clinical resource for Panel Replacement Services (Float Pool), supporting patient access across our Spokane Medical Center locations, including Lidgerwood, Riverfront, South Hill, and Veradale. The position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across multiple sites, ensuring timely, high-quality care for our primary care patient population.

Ideal candidates will have experience with telehealth and digital health—or the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice.

• This position is 100% outpatient with no call required.
• You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7.
• Inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in-basket messages.
• AI Scribing & Summarization support to cut down charting time by half.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range:$141,127 to $166,032 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)
