Job summary

West Point Medical Group in Murrieta, CA seeks a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a new in-person primary care and pediatrics practice. You will conduct histories, exams, and patient assessments, and collaborate with supervising physicians to coordinate care.

Full-time position opening in November 2026. Competitive annual salary range $135,000–$160,000 with comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with matching, CME allowance, time off, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted California PA or NP license and applicable national certification.
• Urgen care, emergency medicine, occupational medicine, or family practice experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and proficiency with common outpatient procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive histories, physical examinations, and patient assessments.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries across a diverse patient population.
• Order and interpret laboratory, X-ray, and EKG studies.
• Perform common office procedures, including suturing, splinting, and wound care.
• Prescribe medications within California scope-of-practice requirements.
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and document encounters accurately in the EHR.
