Qualifications

• Board-certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner required.
• Active Texas license and DEA (or eligibility) required.
• 1+ year of advanced practice experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient adult primary care.
• Assist with obesity medicine, weight management, nutrition and related treatments.
• Collaborate with a tenured clinical and administrative team.
• Support workflow with Ambient AI Scribe to enhance efficiency.
• Participate in a weekday schedule with one Saturday morning per month and a flexible weekday off after Saturday.
• Maintain high-quality patient care with a patient-centered approach.

We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing outpatient adult primary care and obesity medicine practice in Live Oak/San Antonio, Texas.

Our patient-centered private practice offers a collaborative, supportive environment with strong clinical infrastructure and a longstanding commitment to personalized, high-quality care.

Position Highlights:

• 100% outpatient adult primary care
• Full-time weekday schedule + one Saturday morning per month (8 AM-12 PM); after each Saturday worked, you'll have a weekday off of your choice the following week
• Broad clinical scope including preventive and wellness care, chronic disease management, acute care, and comprehensive physicals
