Job summary

U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Physician Assistant to join the team in the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP) eligible position. The role requires a PA with a master's or a bachelor's with experience, PANCE, and a current license to practice in the U.S.

or D.C. The PA will provide comprehensive patient care within the VA system, with opportunities to advance through the PA grade levels based on performance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in any discipline or a bachelor's degree with 1 year of PA experience.
• Successfully passed PANCE (or in process).
• Full and unrestricted PA license in the U.S. or District of Columbia.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated KSAs: demonstrate knowledge, skills, and abilities for PA practice.
• Lead and coordinate patient care within multidisciplinary teams when applicable.
• Provide patient care that is current with evolving medical knowledge and best practices.
