Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician Assistant to join our Seattle region team. This 100% outpatient role offers work across Burien, Capitol Hill, Northgate, and Rainier, with a Telehealth emphasis to enable flexible patient access.

Ideal candidates have telehealth experience and can integrate virtual care into practice, supported by AI Scribing to cut charting time in half and a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team providing 24/7 support.

• Unrestricted Federal DEA eligible.
• WA State medical license eligible.

Position Overview

Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Primary Care Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team in the Seattle Region. This role will serve as a key clinical resource, supporting patient access across our Seattle Medical Center locations, including Burien, Capitol Hill, Northgate, and Rainier. The position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across multiple sites, ensuring timely, high-quality care for our primary care patient population.

Ideal candidates will have experience with telehealth and digital health-or the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice.

• This position is 100% outpatient with no call required.
• This is non-paneled position to support patient access for Primary Care.
• You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7.
• Inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in-basket messages.
• AI Scribing & Summarization support to cut down charting time by half.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $141,127 to $166,032 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)

New Hire Incentives
