Job summary

Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is recruiting Primary Care Physician Assistants for our neighborhood health centers. CHA is a teaching affiliate of Harvard and Tufts, serving Cambridge, Somerville and Boston’s metro-north region.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of primary care experience as a Physician Assistant, with excellent communication and teamwork. Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole is valued but not required.

We provide innovative primary, specialty and emergency care to our diverse patient population through an established network of community based outpatient clinics and three hospital campuses. CHA is a teaching affiliate of Harvard University Medical School and Tufts University School of Medicine.

CHA is currently recruiting Primary Care Physician Assistants for our neighborhood health centers.

• Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of primary care experience as a Physician Assistant
• Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to actively engage and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team
• Demonstrate a commitment to CHA’s mission and patient population
• Prior experience with use of interpreters is a plus. Although not required, fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and/or Haitian Creole is valued

The full time guaranteed base salary range of $108,000-$161,000 is based on years of experience includes a comprehensive benefits package for employees and their families. Total compensation for production and other incentive programs.
