Job summary

American Health Network, part of Optum, is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team in New Albany, IN. You’ll provide comprehensive primary care within a physician-led, team-based care model.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted medical licensure in Indiana (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Med-Peds.
• Active and unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Perform in-office procedures (optional).
• Participate in quality and population health initiatives.
• Educate and engage patients in their care.

Education

Medical licensure in Indiana

Required Qualifications:

• Unrestricted medical licensure in the state of Indiana or able to obtain prior to start

The salary range for this role is $226,000 to $366,000 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
