Bookmark Medical is seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our Allston, MA team. This full-time role offers a base salary range of $220,000 to $375,000 annually, plus incentives, and a collaborative, patient‑centered care environment.

Qualified candidates will hold board certification in Family or Internal Medicine and an active MA medical license. The practice emphasizes comprehensive care, technology-enabled documentation, and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Massachusetts Medical License.
• One year of experience as a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (preferred).
• Comfortable using new technology and software.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population.
• Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Promote health education and disease prevention.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts.
• Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care.

Education
