Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain.
• Fluent in English and Spanish required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients across all age groups.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and health screenings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and coordinate with specialists.
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing.
• Educate patients and families on preventive health, chronic disease management, and wellness.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR and support quality initiatives.
