Job summary

UVA Primary Care Culpeper is seeking a primary care physician for their Culpeper, VA practice. This BE/BC provider may be specialized in family medicine or internal medicine. Practice hours are Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, with a 4-day work week and rotating call.

On-site lab and telemedicine visits support patient care within the UVA Health System. Compensation features guaranteed annual salary in the early years with additional incentive opportunities and a comprehensive UVA Physicians Group

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited medical school with MD or DO.
• Completion of accredited residency in chosen specialty.
• Unrestricted license to practice within Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide physician services in clinic and other locations within scope of licensing and credentialing.
• Collaborate with medical director, administration, nursing staff to facilitate patient management.
• Document comprehensive histories, exams, and implement emergency care as needed.
