Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking a Physician of Adult Medicine to provide high-quality primary care to adults in a premier healthcare facility. The role emphasizes evidence-based medicine, compassionate care, and work-life balance.

You will manage a busy clinic, participate in a one-week on-call rotation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care. A NY license and residency training are required.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or equivalent medical degree with active NY license
• Postgraduate residency training of at least 1 year (or 3 years if unaccredited school)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Proficient with standard office software and EMR systems
• Experience with clinical teamwork and quality initiatives

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for adult patients
• Manage a high patient load (24–28 daily) in a fast-paced clinic
• Participate in a one-week on-call rotation with a team
• Develop individualized care plans emphasizing preventative care
• Prescribe medications and interpret diagnostics
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Engage in departmental meetings and CME activities
• Stay updated with medical advancements
