Carbon Health is seeking a Board-certified Primary Care Physician to join a nationwide network with a 2-3 day work week, no calls, no weekends, and holidays off. You’ll provide compassionate, patient-centered care and be part of a collaborative team using CarbyOS, our advanced EHR, to streamline clinical workflows.

The role emphasizes leadership of MAs/PA/NP teams and a focus on quality outcomes, with opportunities for clinical research participation depending on site capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine and licensed to practice in your state.
  • BLS certification is required before first day.
  • Comfortable with technology-driven care and digital tools.

Responsabilités

  • Conduct patient-focused history and physical exams.
  • Provide basic women’s health services (Pap smears).
  • Develop evidence-based workups and treatment plans.
  • Care for adult patients (no pediatrics).
  • Interpret x-rays, labs, and EKGs.
  • Manage patient flow with Central Support.
  • Provide leadership for MA and support staff.
  • Supervise PAs/NPs.
  • Maintain a patient panel focused on quality outcomes.
