Hartford HealthCare's primary care team in Connecticut is seeking a Primary Care Physician (18+) for Windham, CT. This 100% outpatient, office-based role offers a weekday schedule with optional teaching and a light call burden.

Offerings include a guaranteed base salary with uncapped incentive bonus, loan repayment support, sign-on, residency stipend and relocation assistance. H1B cap-exempt eligibility and J-1 waiver option are available.

Primary Care Position Details:

• Role: Primary Care Physician (18+)
• Location: Windham, CT
• Setting: 100%, office-based, outpatient Primary Care
• Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only
• Teaching: Optional with faculty appointment
• Phone Call Only: averages only 2 call weekends per year and 1-weeknight ~ 2 months
