Job summary

Desert Valley Medical Group, affiliated with Desert Valley Hospital, is seeking a Family Medicine physician for Victorville, CA. The role supports a residency program and offers a Monday–Friday 8:00–17:00 schedule with a base salary of $250,000–$300,000 plus productivity bonus.

Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. The group comprises 21+ Primary Care Providers and is located about 45 minutes from Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

• Employed by Desert Valley Medical Group, a multi-specialty group affiliated with Desert Valley Hospital.
• There are 21+ Primary Care Providers in the group.
• Primary Care (BC or BE Family Medicine)
• Academic Opportunity - supporting local Family Medicine Residency Program (optional)
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8AM to 5PM)
• Base salary ranges from $250K to $300K; base salary plus productivity bonus
• Sign on bonus and relocation allowance offered
