CLS Health in Houston’s North market is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician to join our growing North Houston market in Spring or The Woodlands. You will practice with autonomy and the support you deserve, in a physician-owned, multispecialty group.

The position offers monthly base pay plus an uncapped productivity bonus, with full financial transparency, strong internal referral networks, marketing, HR and staffing support, and a clear path to partnership.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Texas medical license or willingness to obtain.
