Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family, seeks a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to join our Southborough, MA team. You’ll work in a physician-led, patient-centered, team-based environment with value-based care emphasis and strong specialty support.

We utilize EPIC EMR and DAX AI ambient scribe technology to enhance efficiency and quality of care. Behavioral health is fully integrated into primary care teams for whole-person care.

Qualifications

• Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine required.
• Massachusetts medical licensure or ability to obtain licensure required.
• Active DEA license required.

Required Qualifications:

• Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine (ABIM)
• Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts or ability to procure
• Active DEA License

The salary range for this role is $238,500 to $392,500 annually based on full-time employment. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
