Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Full Time Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in Southborough, MA. Optum is a clinician-led care organization changing how clinicians work and live, with a focus on value-based care.

As a member of the Optum Care Delivery team, you’ll work in a physician-led, team-based environment enhanced by a state-of-the-art EPIC EMR and DAX AI ambient scribe technology to improve efficiency and patient care.

Qualifications

• ABIM Board Certification in Internal Medicine
• Massachusetts medical license or ability to obtain
• Active DEA license

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered internal medicine care in a physician-led team-based environment.
• Deliver care across continuum with focus on value-based medicine and strong specialty support.

• The practice utilizes a state-of-the-art, award-winning EPIC EMR and DAX AI ambient scribe technology systems designed to enhance efficiency and quality of care.

Required Qualifications:

• Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine (ABIM)
• Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts or ability to procure
• Active DEA License

The salary range for this role is $238,500 to $392,500 annually based on full-time employment. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
