Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking an outpatient primary care provider for a full-time, office-based practice. The role focuses on delivering patient-centered care in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment and maintaining continuity across visits, care plans, and follow-ups.

You will document and manage care using EPIC, Dragon, and ambient AI tools, contribute to team-based patient management, and have the option to participate in teaching through a faculty appointment.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills in primary care and outpatient management.

• Familiarity with EHR and voice/AI documentation tools.
