About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join an established medical practice in Redding, California. This is a unique opportunity for a physician looking to build a long-term career within a well-established practice while serving a strong and loyal patient community.

The incoming physician will have the opportunity to transition into an established practice with existing patient demand and work alongside an experienced physician and care team. With a planned long-term transition ahead, we are beginning our search early to identify the right physician and allow ample time for a thoughtful and successful transition.

This opportunity offers a $400,000 salary guarantee and is ideal for a physician who values autonomy, continuity of care, and the opportunity to establish meaningful, long-term relationships with patients.

We are open to physicians currently practicing in the United States as well as international physicians who are eligible to practice or pursue appropriate physician immigration/visa pathways in the U.S.

What You’ll Do
