Cascadia Health is seeking a compassionate, collaborative Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our Integrated Primary Care team. This role offers the opportunity to provide relationship-centered, whole-person care in a multidisciplinary setting where quality, collaboration, and patient outcomes take priority over high-volume practice.
Physicians work closely with behavioral health clinicians, psychiatric providers, nurses, care coordinators, and peer support specialists to support individuals with complex physical and behavioral health needs. In addition to providing comprehensive outpatient primary care, the physician serves as a clinical leader, collaborates on medication management for stable behavioral health conditions, supports Medication Supported Recovery (Suboxone) services, and participates in quality improvement initiatives. With lighter patient panels, longer appointment times, and a low-volume, nurse-triaged after-hours call rotation, this position offers excellent work-life balance and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in an underserved community.
Cascadia Health is Oregon’s largest community-based behavioral health and substance use treatment services organization. As both a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Cascadia provides integrated mental health, substance use treatment, primary care, housing support, crisis intervention, peers wellness, skills training, and more to individuals and families. Our clients can find the care they need through one team and often in one location, regardless of their ability to pay.
