Responsibilities

  • Provide full-scope primary care services, including preventive care, health maintenance, and chronic disease management.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including detailed history-taking and physical examinations.
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, developing individualized care plans.
  • Order, interpret, and act on laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic studies.
  • Prescribe medications and treatment regimens, ensuring safe and effective use.
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive strategies, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services, ensuring continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the EMR system.
  • Adhere to clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in team meetings, clinical reviews, and ongoing training where required.
