Joseph Michaels International seeks a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for an immediate full-time, on-site role in Owings Mills, MD. Starting salary is $250,000 per year, rising to $300,000 once a full patient panel is established.

You will join a concierge group with an on-site clinical pod, a supportive team, and a strong emphasis on prevention, wellness, and long-term relationships with patients. US-educated MD or DO and Maryland license are required.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited stateside U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized).
• Active and unrestricted Maryland medical license (or license eligible for immediate credentialing).
• 5 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Care for an incoming waitlist of patients in a dedicated on-site clinical pod.
• Oversee care with a dedicated clinical and administrative support team.
• Share equal, manageable after-hours phone call responsibility.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and health coaches.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation in alignment with practice standards.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by emphasizing prevention, wellness, and education.

A well-established, physician-led concierge medical group is currently seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for immediate placement to join its growing team in Owings Mills, MD.

This opening represents an immediate new seat opportunity at a practice location currently operating at full patient capacity with an active waitlist. With a dedicated, fully equipped clinical pod ready on-site, the incoming physician will step into an ideal environment designed for seamless panel growth and long-term professional success.
