Job summary

Trinity Employment Specialists is seeking a compassionate Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for an established outpatient practice in Oklahoma. You will focus on preventive care, develop personalized treatment plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team.

Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, no weekends, and no hospital call, allowing strong work-life balance while delivering high-quality care to an aging patient population.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Oklahoma license or ability to obtain.
• Outpatient primary care experience preferred.
• Passion for senior-focused, value-based healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
• Manage conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD, heart failure, and other chronic diseases.
• Develop personalized treatment plans.
• Perform annual wellness visits and preventive care.
• Collaborate with specialists and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Educate patients and families to promote healthier lifestyles.
• Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation.
• Supervise Advanced Practice Providers when appropriate.
