Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the relevant state.
• Active DEA registration.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide comprehensive primary care including preventive services and chronic disease management.
• Prescribe medications and oversee treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes and care coordination.
• Work with leadership to achieve quality and performance objectives.
• Support daily operations and clinical effectiveness.
• Perform additional clinical responsibilities as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience providing care to geriatric or older adult populations.


• Fellowship training in Geriatrics.


• Background in outpatient primary care.


• Familiarity with value-based care and quality-driven clinical models.


• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.


• Bilingual communication skills, where applicable.
