Job summary

GHR Healthcare in New York City seeks an MD or DO physician for a 100% outpatient Primary Care role across Brooklyn clinics. You will join a physician-led, collaborative team supported by nurses, medical assistants, care managers, and a robust referral network, with integrated ambient AI documentation to reduce charting time.

The position offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule, competitive compensation starting at $250,000 for new grads and $275,000+ for experienced physicians, plus a sign-on

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required; NY license eligible
• Board certification/eligibility in IM or FM
• Unrestricted NY medical license
• DEA eligibility
• Patient-centered care mindset

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient primary care
• Maintain Monday–Friday daytime schedule
• Use EPIC EMR for patient documentation
• Develop long-term patient panels
• Collaborate with a broad referral network and care team
• Leverage population health analytics to improve outcomes
