Job summary

Teksky LLC in Oregon seeks Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians to provide outpatient primary care to adult and/or family patients. The role emphasizes continuity of care, preventive medicine, and chronic disease management in a patient-centered setting.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM with limited after-hours telephone coverage. Openings multiple with urgent hiring needs.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of ACGME-accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Eligible for or able to obtain Oregon medical licensure.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered primary care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care including preventive services, acute visits, and chronic disease management.
• Diagnose and manage common medical conditions across adult and family populations.
• Conduct annual wellness visits and age-appropriate health screenings.
• Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services as needed.
• Interpret diagnostic tests and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the electronic medical record.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modification, and wellness.

Job Summary
