Kinwell in Federal Way, WA, seeks a Primary Care Physician for an on-site clinic. The role focuses on managing a patient panel across acute and chronic care, expanding care within primary settings, and building a collaborative care team that operates at the top of license.
You will counsel patients, coordinate with a range of healthcare professionals, perform minor procedures, and participate in after-hours on-call coverage. WA license, board cert, and EMR proficiency are key requirements.

This position operates in a clinic environment, providing both in person and telehealth care. Collaboration with various healthcare providers is routine, and participation in wellness programs may also be required.
Ability to work in a clinical environment, interact with patients for prolonged periods, and perform duties requiring a high level of concentration and emotional resilience.
KinwellHealth currently requires all teammates to provide proof of or complete a written attestation of a religious or medical exemption for influenza and Hepatitis B vaccines. Healthcare providers may also be subject to CDC recommended vaccines.

The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographic location, market conditions, and specific skills and experience.
$214,500.00 - $386,100.00
*National Plus salary range is used in higher cost of labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska
