Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Valid and unrestricted Tennessee medical license; valid DEA license.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, delivers, and manages comprehensive health services for adults and children across various levels of care.
• Precepts and collaborates with mid-level clinical providers.
• Provides clinical oversight for Advanced Practice Nurses.
• Supports county and regional operations to advance TDH priorities of Access, Prevention, Equity, and Workforce Excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: MD or DO degree
• Valid and unrestricted Tennessee medical license
• Valid DEA license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in a primary care specialty such as Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
