Job summary

One Medical in Chicago, IL is seeking a Family Medicine physician to manage a diverse patient panel, providing acute, chronic, and preventive care. You will conduct in-office visits and occasional telehealth, with ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds and collaboration with both in-person and virtual teams.

The role includes supervising NP/PA colleagues, applying your clinical training to procedures when appropriate, and ensuring high-quality, human-centered care.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Family Medicine residency program.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine or plans to obtain within 1 year.
• State license in IL before start date.
• Outpatient primary care experience in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, in testing centers, and via tele-health when needed.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other ongoing learning activities.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures where appropriate.
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.

What You'll Be Working On

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues

Education, Licenses, And Experiences Required For This Role

• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
• Board Certified in Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
• State licensed in IL, obtained before your One Medical start date

This is a full-time role based in Chicago, IL with One Medical.

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The base salary range for this role is $235,100 to $281,100 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
