Job summary

One Medical is seeking a physician specializing in Internal or Family Medicine to manage a diverse patient panel, including acute and chronic care, in-office or testing-center visits and occasional tele-health sessions.

You will participate in weekly Clinical Rounds, collaborate with both in-person and virtual teams, and may perform in-office procedures. State licensure in Georgia is required, with willingness to obtain additional state credentials for virtual care.

Qualifications

• Residency in Internal or Family Medicine completed or in progress.
• Board certification in Internal or Family Medicine or board-eligible with plan to certify within 1 year.
• Georgia medical license obtained before start date.
• Willing to obtain licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with diverse needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, at testing centers, and via tele-health.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams through daily huddles.
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures as applicable.
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
• Obtain additional state licensure for virtual care where needed.

What you'll be working on:

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
• State licensed in Georgia, obtained before your One Medical start date
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

This is a full-time position in Atlanta, GA

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $211,300 to $252,600 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
