Optum Oregon is seeking final-year residents to join the Primary Care Physician Pathways Program, a mentorship and career development opportunity designed to support the transition from training into full-time practice. The program provides financial support, mentorship, and professional development during your final year of residency or fellowship.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• PGY3 or Chief Resident in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics Residency.
• Desire to practice outpatient primary care in Eugene, OR.

Responsibilities

• Secure your future Primary Care position with Optum before completing training.
• Receive a guaranteed salary during your final year of residency or fellowship.
