Job summary

Bethany Medical Center PA in North Carolina is seeking a Primary Care Physician Assistant to join our team in a busy outpatient practice. We operate across multiple locations and provide prevention-to-intervention care with a mix of primary, urgent, and specialty services.

The successful candidate will complete an accredited PA program, hold NCCPA certification, and may be bilingual. We offer competitive employed salary, monthly bonuses, malpractice coverage, PTO, CME, and comprehensive

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
NCCPA Certification.
Experienced preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
Bilingual candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment.
Build relationships with patients and maintain bedside manner with excellent clinical skills.
Develop and implement patient management plans and record progress notes.
Communicate with patients regarding testing results, follow-up care and additional information.
Refer patients to specialists and relevant care components as appropriate.
Work in an all-outpatient practice environment with Allscripts EMR and extensive onsite services.
