Job summary

First Primary Care in Corpus Christi, TX seeks a board-certified PA-C or NP (FNP-C or ACNP) to join our team. You’ll deliver high-quality, relationship-based primary care, build lasting patient relationships, and have autonomy within a Direct Primary Care model to minimize administrative tasks.

We value patient-first care, strong communication, and collaborative teamwork. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, with generous PTO, 401(k), and ongoing leadership mentorship.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PA-C, FNP-C, or ACNP required.
• Active Texas license appropriate to your role.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, relationship-based primary care.
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients.
• Communicate with patients beyond the exam room.
• Diagnose and manage chronic conditions with emphasis on prevention.
• Perform procedures and expand clinical skills.
• Partner with a supportive clinical team to improve patient care.
