Privia Health seeks a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our primary care team in Avondale, AZ. Our multispecialty group includes 85 physicians and APPs, with a 2-physician, 4-APP Avondale team supported by medical assistants and staff.

Choose between a 4- or 5-day work week. We provide full-scope care for adults and geriatrics, with no evenings or weekends, promoting a strong work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of primary care experience preferred.
• Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills.
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
• State licensure and board certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide full scope of chronic and acute care for adult and geriatric patients.
