Center for Family Practice in Latham, NY seeks a motivated Physician Assistant to join a busy, well-established family practice. You will provide comprehensive primary care with mentorship from experienced physicians and a focus on building strong patient relationships.

Qualifications

• Must hold current PA license and certification.
• Graduate of an accredited PA program.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in family medicine or primary care preferred; new graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across a broad range of conditions.
• Provide preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
• Perform physical examinations and develop treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing.
• Prescribe medications per regulations.
• Educate patients and families about health options.
• Develop long-term relationships with patients.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the team.
• Contribute to practice growth and success.
