Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Board-Certified Physician Assistant to join Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group in Lake Jackson, Texas. You will provide comprehensive primary care under physician supervision to patients from newborns to seniors, handling 18-22 visits daily.

The role supports a flexible 4.5-day work week and a strong focus on preventive care and patient satisfaction. You must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in an accredited PA program, be board-certified (or eligible in Texas),

Qualifications

• Board-certified PA or eligible in Texas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under physician supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient panel (newborns to seniors).
• See 18-22 patients per day with physician supervision.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and collaborative care.
• Maintain DEA registration and active Texas licensure as required.
