Qualifications

• Must have a Physician Assistant degree from an accredited program.
• NCCPA certification and PA licensure in PA.
• DEA registration is required.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications are required.

Responsabilités

• Examine and treat patients in the outpatient setting.
• Instruct and counsel patients and communicate with health-care staff.
• Interpret diagnostics and assist with diagnoses and treatment decisions.
• Order tests and provide therapies with physician oversight as needed.
• Document patient data, history, and exam findings.
• Participate in weekly call schedule and weekend rotations.
• Cover staffing emergencies and nursing home rounds as needed.

Formation

Physician Assistant Degree from an accredited educational program

NCCPA Certification

DEA Registration Certificate
