Job summary

TEEMA Group is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality Primary Care and Occupational Health services in a collaborative clinical environment.

The ideal candidate will manage workplace injuries, regulatory physicals, acute and chronic conditions, and employee health needs, with ACLS and Epic EMR experience.

Strong clinical judgment, autonomy, and ability to collaborate with physicians, safety teams, and workers’ compensation partners are essential.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN and NP licenses required for the state of practice.
• Current prescriptive authority and federal DEA registration as applicable.
• ACLS and BLS certifications; Epic EMR experience required.
• National NP certification (ANCC or AANP) required.
• Minimum 3 years of NP experience in ambulatory care, occupational health, primary care, or emergency dept.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care and occupational health services.
• Perform regulatory examinations (OSHA, DOT, CDC) and fitness-for-duty evaluations.
• Manage workplace injuries and return-to-work assessments.
• Develop treatment plans and collaborate with physicians, safety teams, and workers’ compensation partners.
• Administer injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management.
• Maintain thorough Epic documentation and patient records.
