Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA) to deliver comprehensive primary care within skilled nursing and senior living communities in Fayetteville, NC. You will perform routine rounds, manage chronic diseases, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes and patient experience.

The role emphasizes preventive care, resident and family engagement, and partnership with facility staff.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA licensure in the state of practice.
• Previous professional patient care experience.
• Experience in geriatrics, family medicine, or internal medicine preferred.
• Exceptional patient-centered service skills, including compassionate communication, active listening, professionalism, and the ability to build trusting relationships with residents, families, and facility staff
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across interdisciplinary teams
