Responsibilities include conducting physical exams, managing chronic and acute conditions, and coordinating with facility staff to develop person-centered care plans. Licensed NPs/PAs with LTC experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP/PA/Physician license.
• Nebraska state license in good standing.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility.

Requirements

• Passion for elder care and person-centered healthcare
• Prolonged standing/walking. Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. Computer work. Lifting/moving patients. Prolonged sitting.
