Job summary

One Medical is seeking a qualified NP or PA to join our San Francisco primary care team. This role focuses on managing diverse patient needs, performing acute and chronic visits, and delivering care across in-office and testing centers with occasional telehealth.

Qualifications

  • Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
  • State licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date.
  • In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care OR 1 year with fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
  • Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits.
  • Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams.
  • Utilization of your clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
  • Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.
